Inspired by one of my lifelong friends, the Ryn is a bit slouchy and chill, the kind of hat that can be worn pretty much anywhere. The original idea was to create a hat that was visually interesting with texture without being overwhelming so it could be a staple, everyday hat.

Needle sizes needed: 4.5mm/US 7 & 5.5mm/ US 9
Pattern Level: Advanced Beginner Knitter
Hat Sizes: Adult S (20"), M (22"), L (23")
 
Basic knowledge of following knitting patterns as well as skills including cast on, knitting in the round, and decreases will help 
 
The hat is knit from bottom to crown (top)
