Shipping Policy
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Unless otherwise specifically stated, all products are available and ready for dispatch.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Online Return & Exchange Policy
I have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The cost of the return is the customer's responsibility unless the fault is mine.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused with tags and original packaging.

To start/request a return, contact me at thewaywartint@gmail.com or through the website contact area. If your return is approved, the next step is to send your item(s) back at your expense. Items received without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

Custom orders (such as special orders, yarn clubs, film fiber kits, personalized orders)
